Since the first ride was so nice, it made complete sense to go again. New trip, new group members, new location, new host. And the experience was even better than the first time (no offense :-)
We learned that this is more than a harvesting trip!
The entire small community of ‘Logga’, a tiny little village in the area of Kalamata was super happy and friendly , treating us as their guests.
This was a humble experience, seeing everybody so grateful and open to make sure we had a good time. And we did! Great harvest (~500 litres), great food & drinks, beautiful area and even joined a nice WOD in the CrossFit box of Kalamata.
Cherry on the cake: tasting our own freshly pressed olive oil… It does not get better than this!
