With 18.9 hectare, amazing views, 700 olive trees and 60 Bordelaira sheep, 2 horses, 20 chickens, 5 cats and two dogs, we are a pure and real farm. Reset your system in nature and come and give us a hand!
The story behind this place
It was March 2020, and it was time for something new.. to shake life up one more time and see what falls out! We wanted to get back to a natural environment with clean water and clean air. Fortunately we found this place and since February 2021 we have been living in the Serra da Estrela Natural Park in Portugal.Our farm is situated in the valley of the Mondego River with a very special microclimate. It is fertile and spectacularly beautiful. We farm here organically and in a biodynamic way, as it was once intended. Our olive trees, which are hundreds of years old, are fertilized by our Bordaleira sheep. Our olive oil is 100% organic, hand-picked, full of love, and cold pressed from the first pressing.
